Description

Have you ever cried because you didn't want to be the mother of a cyclops? 10 year olds do. What they don't understand is that Greek Mythological genetics don't work the same as the rest of the world. Hence Thoosa, a water nymph or naiad, is the mother of Polyphemus the cyclops by way of Posidon. Two beautiful immortals give birth to a monster. Now one must take into account that Thoosa and Posidon share some common ancestry. Further proof that inbreeding on any level, even in gods, is bad.

I drew this for our Thoosa. She thought she was going to have to be an ugly old Cyclops since her "daughter" was a cyclops. I hope it makes her feel better.

I love the wispy, watery effect, and also how her clothing seems so floaty and weightless
